Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 October 2026 (new name: Spotogo, formerly Spotogo)

By installing or using Spotogo, made by ftwco., you agree to these terms.

1. What Spotogo does

Spotogo reads the public caption or description of reels you share with it, suggests the restaurant and its location, and saves spots on your phone. Suggestions come from public text and open map data, so they can be wrong: check a place before you travel there.

2. Your use

2a. Our app, servers and data

Spotogo’s app, servers, website, place data and the way Spotogo finds places are ours (ftwco.’s). You may use them only through the Spotogo app and website, as intended. You must not, and must not help anyone else to:

We may block access and close accounts that do any of these, and take legal action where needed.

3. Your account

You need an account to use Spotogo. Log in with an email address you control, or with Google. Keep access to that email safe: anyone who can read it can log in to your account. You can log out of all phones or delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Your profile and public spots

Your username, name and public spots can be seen by anyone on Spotogo. Don’t pick a username that impersonates someone else, and don’t post public spots, names or notes that are unlawful, hateful or misleading. Ratings are personal opinions. We may change a username or remove public content that breaks these rules, and verified badges are given only by Spotogo.

5. Restaurant profiles

Only a restaurant’s owner, manager or staff acting for it may claim its official page, using the restaurant’s own GST number. We check each claim by hand and may refuse it or remove a page that was claimed improperly. Restaurants are responsible for the details they publish.

6. Third-party services

Spotogo relies on services such as Instagram, YouTube, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap and Photon. Their content and availability are outside our control, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. Reels from YouTube play in YouTube’s player, under the YouTube Terms of Service.

7. No warranty

Spotogo is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from using the app, including wrong locations or directions.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Spotogo means you accept the updated terms. Questions: privacy@spotogo.in.
